A Leading Multinational Company requires urgently the followings qualified person for the following position :

Danfoss Refrigeration Division Manager

• Responsible for management and development of the Danfoss DR business and organisation in the country, to achieve our short and long term targets.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities :

• Achieve the Danfoss DR targets month by month.
• Strong focus on developing new business and growing current business with large OEMs & Wholesalers.
• A motivated & competent organisation.
• Show engagement in developing the business in Indonesia.
• Build & review strategy for IDRO.

Job Holder’s requirement :

• Mechanical or electrical engineer.
• Commercial Education/Commercial handling experience.
• Good communication skills – show leadership.
• Sales skills / Ability to lead teams.
• Coaching and motivation of sales force.
• Business management.
• People management.
• Experience with sales or application of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

The successful candidate can expect to work in a results-oriented multi-cultural environment, therefore the ability to withstand pressure and a flair for working with people are pre-requisites.
